Our preferred method for advising of Student Absence in any shape or form is via PAM. Please try to utilise this method first and foremost.

There is a step by step guide on PAM on how to log an absence if you are unsure. Every absence must be in writing and that is why PAM is the preferred method. If you have to email, the email address for absence is attendance@aquinas.vic.edu.au

CONTACTING SPECIFIC HOUSES FOR ADMIN PURPOSES

As we have moved to a new聽vertical mentor and house system, there is a new way for you to get in touch with the appropriate office that your child is in based on their house. This will go to administration staff only or if you need to get in touch with the House Leaders and have forgotten their contact details.
